Damaged or lost in transit:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time! We'll replace the item, no worries.
If it's been more than 10 business days since you're tracking number has been updated, let us know. We will mark the order as "lost in transit" and ship you a replacement.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, we're also more than happy to offer a full refund.

- For a faster refund, email us the tracking number or a photo of the tracking number, so we can initiate the refund sooner than later

If we don't receive a tracking number via email, we will initiate the refund once we've received the returned item.
